Hotel owner is the nicest, sweetest lady. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Price was super reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Reasonable lodging in Colusa

Just stayed one night after a memorial service for a friend. Room was clean and quiet after the people arriving ended. Nice receptionist and a very reasonable place to stay if you wanted to visit Colusa. Apparently, hunters and fishermen want to visit Colusa. Served good hot coffee in the morning along with pastries.

This is a perfectly nice motel for the price. The bed was comfortalbe. The room was clean. The shower was strong and nice. Older motel with a metal key instead of an electronic one but that wasn't bad as I felt like I was in the 80's again. No breakfast except a couple of fruit bars and coffie. Worth the price on a weekday.

Front door handle was falling apart, toilet seat was cracked in bathroom. TV was confusing due to two remotes needed. Bed was comfortable.

I will share I was very hesitant to stay at an inn. Not that I’m a snob, but I feel like I’ve worked so hard and don’t mind spending a little more for nice place to sleep. But… this was a last minute reservation. Attending a wedding held at casino I needed something close. This place completely surprised me! Experience was better than some 3-4 star hotels I’ve stayed at! The office staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Property looks well taken care of. Great place if you are looking to stop in for the night. Room was clean and Bed comfortable! A bonus there is the river right behind! If we knew we would have brought our paddle boards. We walked the trail, stopped at grass area that were shaded with trees and benches to enjoy the water. I would stay here again!

Reservation was for no stairs king bed, arrive and the room was upstairs. We were accommodated however and appreciate that. 2 double beds but downstairs so it worked out well.
