Great hostel /bed and breakfast

This is a small hostel on the Main Street of San Francisco (San Pancho). Great front desk staff, very helpful. Very clean and a beautiful communal space. Further from beach than most places but still easily walkable and a great location. Breakfast is fresh fruits and a nutty bread (delicious), tea, coffee and other juicy drinks. We had a room with private bathroom and air con. One negative: Window opens into hall, not outside and our window didn’t have a lock on it... Maybe others do. Also don’t expect too much from the free bike rentals... Overall a very pleasant stay and would stay again!

Hotel staff very unpleasant upon arrival and later became better. The worst part might have been the mold on the ceilings as that can cause serious health issues. Other staff was friendly. Other parts of the room clean. Staff seems a little transient.

El hostal es pequeño pero agradable, su personal siempre atento, las camas son cómodas y no hay insectos, queda un poco retirado de la playa como a 5 min caminando, pero si eres flojo, los dueños del hostal te prestan bicicletas. En general muy bien.

Overall a great clean and welcoming hostel

I appreciated my stay at the hostel. It was clean and safe. The staff was really nice. The only thing though is that I had book a private room through expedia and ended up in room #1 that is not at all a private room. I was able to be moved to a room that offers way more intimacy when talking with them and stayed there for the whole week. It was nice. I would also recommend the people at reception to lower the music in the morning and in the evening ... the constant music playing in the hostel gets a bit overwhelming at times. But overall I would recommand this hostal and would go back. It is the best hostel of San Pancho. Thanks for the lovely time!
