    • This cruise ship's itinerary includes the following: 1st Day: Arrive at Hon Gai Wharf by 12:30 PM for embarkation. During lunch, sail through Bai Tu Long Bay toward Vung Vieng Village for an hour of bamboo boating or kayaking. Swimming and sunbathing at Ban Chan Beach follows until the boat cruises at sunset to the Cong Dong-Cong Do area for overnight docking and evening activities aboard the ship. 2nd Day: After Tai Chi on the sundeck and breakfast, head to Thien Canh Son Cave. After check-out, relax on the sundeck and watch as fruit carving demonstration. Lunch is served as the ship returns to Bai Chay Wharf by noon. Shuttle bus services transport guests to Hanoi by 4:30 PM.

Would highly recommend.

I've would highly recommend Garden Bay cruises. The level of communication was excellent as I had to change arrangements a couple of times beforehand. We had a balcony room which I would definitely recommend. Just bring able to sit outside and watch the beautiful scenery pad by was amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good Aircon and a nice bathroom with great water pressure.The food was excellent and plentiful. We went for the 2 day, 1 night option which was plenty, although there is so much included in the itinerary it could feel a little overwhelming. I decided to sit out the kayaking in favour of just sitting on the balcony enjoying the scenery. It's a very relaxed cruise and the staff were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble and they made you feel very welcome.

Wonderful experience

Beautiful surroundings. Beautiful old-style wooden boat. Amazing food! The rooms with balcony are just perfect! Enjoyable activities. Excellent service. Also nice to have the option to sometimes just stay on the boat when there were so many activities. Could not expect more for this price. Alcohol and other drinks are a lot more expensive than ni rest of Vietnam. You can bring maybe ½-1 liter of extra water per day so you don't have to buy all the time.

Halong Bay Boat

The boat is a little bit old, which is older than the photo that we saw on the web. The lighting in cabin is very week, the bathing water sudden hot and sudden cold. All the crews work very hard, one person can be a small boat driver and a Tai Chi instructer as well. They do all their best to make our trip full of joyful. Tony is a professional tour guide, his arrangement is excellent. Besides the hard ware, the meal, the services and the arrangement are good.

The cruise was lovely. Felt so short. We did an overnight cruise, and I was surprised at how many activities the boat operators were able to fit inside that time. My only gripe (and I'm not sure that this is something that the operators can help) is that all the points at which we were allowed to disembark were packed with tourists. I wish wehad been able to see the less beaten path a bit. Not sure ifthe tourist areas are designated and regulated though. Otherwise, the food was generally average, though the barbeque dinner was great. And thesmoothies were delicious. Drinks were suprisingly cheap considering the monopooly on the market lol.

für 1Tag ok

habe 3Tage 2 Nächte gebucht Einschiffung alles ok,aber dann sagte man uns wir müssen am nächsten auf ein anderes Boot weil viele die nur 1Tag gebucht hatten auch auf dem Schiff waren ,also geht es wieder zurück in den Hafen und das ist nicht ok, wollte ja nicht ständig Koffer auf , Koffer zu machen zudem wollten wir ja weiter in die Halongbucht raus fahren ,deshalb bucht man 2 Nächte damit man viel sieht. dann hatte das Boot nach ca. 1 Stunde einen Crash mit einem anderen Boot und das Chaos nahm seinen lauf, zurück in den Hafen auf ein anderes Boot, den nächsten Tag sollten wir dann wieder auf ein anderes Boot also 3 Boote in 2Tagen die dann ja die gleichen Route hat und die gleiche Höhle besuchen haben die Reise nach 24 stunden dann beendet Schade wollten ja viel sehen wenn man schon mal da ist.
