The staff were really great and helpful! It was only my responsibility that the property was a bus ride away from the Paris city limit. The room could've been cleaner (dust bunnies under the bed, icky window sill, and some crud above the headboard) and could've used some updates (replace caulk, etc). I'd stay here again though for a trip to France and/or Paris.

As my first time solo traveling and alone as a women to Paris France I thought it was a good place to stay. I got there I was confused about the gate opening and closing up front but other than that the gentlemen up front was nice and knew English so I was happy about that. But I felt safe inside and it was clean. I trusted everyone that worked there.

Hi, on the first day we went the toilet flush was not working we gave them the key at 11am on Friday and we returned at the hotel at 1am at night and they still did not fix it, and the reception did not know what had happened so I had to explain multiple times. The hotel Wi-Fi was absolutely rubbish it keeps disconnecting ever time and there were small bugs all around the room…..

I understand the IBIS is a budget hotel and for many travellers it provides a budget price. However, the cleanliness of the room was poor and the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet had stains from the running water and the shower looked extremely unhygienic. There was no soap to wash one's hands at the hand basin, the handle surround on the bathroom was loose and the w/o due opening to the outside could not be secured properly from the inside of the room, making it feel quite unsafe. The air conditioning unit had black soot on the ceiling above the vent which was concerning because of the possibility of contracting legionnaires disease because of the filters not being regularly serviced. The outside grounds were in a shocking condition, with rubbish littered around the property and the grass needed mowing. I have stayed previously in IBIS, Sofitel and Accors hotels and this hotel was by far the worst Inhave experienced.

Petit hôtel Ibis, bon rapport qualité /prix

J'y suis allée avec mes 2 enfants pour la JapanExpo. Accès au parc des expos direct par 1 ligne de bus. On était plusieurs à avoir trouvé ce bon plan. Rapport qualité /prix parfait. Le personnel est agréable et très avenant. La chambre était bien équipée. Les lits propres et la literie confortable. La salle de bain mériterait un petit coup de fraîcheur. Le support mural du pommeau de douche ne tenait pas et l'ensemble ne faisait pas hyper clean même si c'était propre. Hotel à proximité du perif, donc demandez une chambre au calme si vous dormez fenêtre ouverte. Parking fermé, sécurisé.

Hoel qui empeste le tabac froid, les matelas sont sales et la chambre en générale. La chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas. J'avais réservé un lit double et j'ai eu droit à 2 lits simples accolés très inconfortable. Aucune isolation au niveau des fenêtres on a l'impression de dormir sur la route.

Das Zimmer wurde als nicht Raucher und Hotel(!!!) als familienfreundlich inseriert, aber es betrifft das Gegenteil. Wir (Meine Frau, ich und unsere 7-jährige Tochter) haben das Zimmer für 3 Nächte gebucht, aber wir mussten am zweiten Tag das Hotel verlassen, weil es nicht aushaltbar war (uns wurde kein Geld zurückerstattet). Überall im Innenbereich roch nach Cannabis und der Geruch trat ins Zimmer ein.
