We enjoyed 4 wonderful days and loved every minute. The staff was kind, friendly, helpful, and made our stay very pleasant. Simply fantastic! We found this converted monastery by accident. The building is beautiful, as are the gardens and surroundings. Very tranquil and peaceful. We had dinner at the restaurant, and it was excellent. The breakfast was one of the best I have eaten! Special mention to the "savory monk's cake" - delicious! My only small complaint is that the rooms are not exactly soundproof. But I can live with that, the rest is just wonderful.
