Excellent king bed was, efficient, quiet AC, large enough to move around. It’s situated right on a beautiful beach and has amazing views. Hotel is a great value for a stay on the beach. We had a 2 bedroom with kitchen and living area, small deck we did not use. The inside is recently remodeled, not fancy but clean, modern and more than adequate. Bathroom with shower also remodeled and very nice. If I return to the Cape I would not hesitate to stay here again.

It was amazing. The owner and general manager were so hospitable and accommodating. The location is right on the beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas to make your time pleasurable. There’s a large fire pit with comfortable sofas to enjoy the evening. The rooms are spotless and the entire property well maintained. Personally, we found our new yearly go to spot for a relaxing getaway.

Breakfast was amazing—just keep in mind that breakfast is only served from 8-10 am, so if you have early scheduled tours, you will have to find breakfast elsewhere.
