The must disturbing and disgusting hotel

The most disturbing and disgusting hotel that I even been, the carpet was dirty and look like with sports of blood, that clean was falling apart, the bathroom was missing half of the wall plus the smell in the room was horrible, when I went to complain they told me that I had to speak with the manager the next day and the money was not refundable and that they can’t do anything about it.

Zero Stars Only Stay Here If You Are Poor AF

Roach infested hotel and mold everywhere. Smelled like mildew in room and smoke smell through the halls everyday even though it’s “no smoke”. At the front desk there is a huge whiteboard that says “room 210 has bed bugs” BEWARE ITS DISGUSTING IN THIS WHOLE BUILDING

Poor experience with no customer service

I called the day before arrival just to verify the reservation. The attendant said he could not find a reservation and I would need to call back the date of arrival after 8 o’clock in the morning to make a new reservation with the hotel. I told him it was booked through Hotels.com And he said they erase everything at night so I would have to call the day of the book which doesn’t really work if you’re trying to book a month-long stay. So the day of our expected arrival I called again and the attendant at that time said yes we should have a room Available for you to come on in at this point. I was not going to take a chance on whether or not there is actually a room available and I found alternative method of stay.

Chose closest hotel to place i needed to be early morning, pics were ok, i thought, just a few hours to sleep...O M G!! My booked room wasn't available some reason, been offered last 3 left.. Stinky everywhere, horribly dirty, stinky OLD everything, broken and non functioning EVERYTHING... , nasty carpet..., words can't describe!! Suspicious "clean" bed sheets.. And at 4 am somebody deside to listen TV news in full up sound. Crazy.. i expected its not fancy.. but THAT??? NOT to mention saw somebobys socks left near bed, and saw some bug running.. Unimaginable experience

Do not stay here

I was in the room for less then 30 mins and had to check out. The smell in the room was giving my son a allergic reaction. When asked for a rufund they said they could not even for the other 2 nights i would not be there. Tried camping the manager but he was never available nor did he call me back.
