The hotel is big and the room is comfortable and spacious. However, the main attraction which is the hot spring pool is under construction for the landscaping and the location of the hot and cool pools which is out in the open is questionable. The buffet breakfast and dinner is also of low quality.

屋上露天風呂が入れないのが唯一残念

連休の最終日だったからか、綺麗なお部屋と美味しい朝食をリーズナブルにゆったり楽しむことが出来ました。チェックイン時の説明も丁寧で、大きな荷物は部屋まで運んでくれます。 開催中のイルミネーションを見に行きたいと相談したら、その近くまで送って下ったりとサービスも行き届いています。 残念だったのは屋上のお風呂が修理中で露天風呂に入れなかったこと。部屋のバスタブは大きくてしっかりと熱い温泉水が出るので、身体は休まりました。 バイキングの朝食も美味しいです。スタッフの皆さんも笑顔が素晴らしく、気持ちの良い滞在ができました。

連住二晚，有幾點需要改進： 1.第一天入住，房內的洗髮精和沐浴乳（二合一）只剩三分之一，洗手乳整瓶都是空的，也沒有提供備品，第二天我們還在房內休息並沒有讓清潔人員進房打掃，所以第二天洗澡洗到一半連洗髮精都用光了，臨時請我家人去櫃台領，這點真的需要改進。 2.房內牆上的畫明顯卡灰塵，許久未清潔 3.房內沒有提供冰桶，我們入住的9樓也沒有製冰機，所以如果有冰桶+冰塊的需求需要撥電話至櫃台，請服務人員送來，知本老爺有製冰機，房內也有提供冰桶，有需求的房客可以自行索取，真心建議飯店真的要增設較好，也可以節省人力成本。
