The hotel had everything you needed, it was clean, convenient location, indoor swimming pool, gym. The staff was great and friendly, breakfast was delicious and rooms were comfortable.

Nice pool, property's little on the old side.

8/10 Very good

The property is a little dated but was clean. The on site restaurant had good milkshakes and offered a variety of food.
Verified review

4/10 Fair

Limited Wifi access due to code (we were out of the country but a cell number was required for sign in; no other options like many hotels have like room number and last name). Food was OK-OK. The perk is that it’s near RIT and the lobby was clean and well maintained.

The place is clean for a good night sleep. Could use some updating to the building.

The front desk staff was really helpful. She was professional and efficient. She was also very welcoming. The housekeeping person was polite and helpful. The lay out of the building was really convenient for my trips back-and-forth to my car. No free breakfast. There is a big parking space. The room was clean .

Great place to stay the night after a 2 hour drive plus 3 flights. Easy drive from Rochester airport. Quiet as there was no conference.

8/10 Very good

The staff who was working when I checked in was great. When I checked out on Tuesday morning, the girl was less than friendly you could barely hear what she was saying. If you don't like your job, quit! But, greet your people with respect and courtesy regardless. I was up there on a trip to see my mom, because we were moving her into in - home hospice. And the whole property just had a damp feeling.

Stayed in the RIT hotel for just one night. The location Henrietta was very convenient, next to Rochester. The two double beds room was pretty big and well equipped. Good mattresses. The AC was a bit noisy, the coffee machine with cartridges made a good coffee..We would come back.
