Room was tiny, but clean and did not smell. Overnight staff was friendly and welcoming. It snowed during the night and they were cleaning the parking lot by 5:30 am which was great since i had to leave at 6am.

There was no Kleenex tissue and no hair dryer. The bathroom light had 2 of 4 lightbulbs in and the two lamps in the main area only had half of the lightbulbs in them. In the bathroom, there was something on the floor. To top it off we had to pay $100 in advance in case damage but when we checked out the front counter person went up to check the room out before we could go. Never again

My first time here. Check-in was fast and courteous, very nice lady at the desk. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. There’s a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Will definitely stay here again!

I arrived in an ice storm, and I was desperate. I had made my reservation online, but when I arrived there was only a room available on the second floor. They refused to let me go up because I was a Senior and it was so icy and dangerous. Instead, they took the time to clean and prepare another room on the main floor and made me feel safe and protected. I was so grateful!
