This was one if the worst hotels I ever stayed in. I booked a four beds family suit but when arrived they said it is not available, they gave me a small room and when insisted the gave me a suit but with double one double bed only. The kids slept on sofa! The WC was not clean and when asked to clean it they didn’t clean it properly. All doors locks where broken and the doors don’t close. The few good things were the bed sheets clean, the receiption and car parking guys were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Öncelikle konaklamamın tam bir fiyasko olduğunu belirtmem gerekiyor. Teymur oteli Gaziantep’in en köklü ve bilinen otellerinden biridir. Bu yüzden seyahatimizde tercih etmek istedik. Aynı çevrede birçok iyi ve bilindik otel varken tercihimizi bu otelden yana kullandık. Bir gece için yaklaşık 5bin tl oda ücreti alındı. Karşılığında verilen hizmet mi, kocaman bir SIFIR. Otele girerken iki tane küçük masada resepsiyon karşılaması yapılıyor. Asansörlerden sadece bir tanesi çalışıyordu. Yaz sezonuna girmiş olmamıza rağmen oteli tercih etme nedenlerimizden biri olan havuzun tadilatta olduğu söylendi. Kullanamadık. Yine aynı şekilde spor salonunun da tadilatta olduğu söylendi. Banyo duşakabindi ve duş alırken anında su birikmeye başladı. 00.00dan sonra restorana çıktığımızda hizmet veremeyeceklerini ilettiler. Ve son olarak kahvaltı. Tam anlamıyla fiyaskoydu. Sadece klasik peynir ekmek zeytin tarzında bir kahvaltıydı. Sıcak ekstralar çok kötüydü. Yumurtalı ekmek sadece kızarmış yağ idi. Patates kuru yumurtalar soğuktu. Pide omlet vs gibi hiçbir ekstra yoktu. Çok basit ve beklentinin altında bir kahvaltıydı. Bir daha yolum Gaziantep’e düşerse burayı tercih etmeyeceğim ve çevreme de tercih ettirmeyeceğim kesin olan bir şey. Teşekkürler.
