The sheets were dingy not white. Did now learn where the breakfast was or times. Heavy accent on clerk-hard to understand. Side door was held open with a rock. Lots of cigarettes around the doorway area. Will not stay again.

Room mostly clean, found some pebbles on the floor which makes you wonder how clean everything would be. It rained that night and water dripped from the ceiling onto our bed waking us up. The light in the shower and toilet area flickered and would briefly completely turn off making a shower “interesting”. There is no elevator. Our room was on the second floor at the very end of the hotel away from the lobby area. There is another entry with stairs halfway down that we should be able to enter from the outside, but the key card for our room didn’t unlock the door. We had to carry our luggage from one end of the hotel all the way to the other end. Breakfast was appreciated but below average I would say. For our troubles, no real empathy from the front desk or an offer of compensation.

You’re not doing the Wyndham brand any favors by the wingate I-15 in Beaver Utah. Multiple rat traps scattered around the property, yet the room wing door is propped open with a rock. Even a rat trap in the breakfast room! Hotel is very worn, in need of landscape maintenance and trash pickup. Our tv remote didn’t work properly and desk clerk told us he doesn’t watch tv, so he knows nothing about it and never fixed. You get a one star only. Terrible

There is no EV charging station, this was false advertising. There is a Tesla station down the hill but you cannot plug in overnight. The first room they gave us was not locked, door was open and the shower was on. The second room was better, but the refrigerator stunk and one of the mattresses was lumpy with no support. There was toilet paper on the floor next to the bed. The property owners refused to give us a change in reservation and charged us for a night we did not use. There was no one at the front desk in the morning and the phone number they posted was not being answered. I would not recommend this facility.

This place is a complete dump. Trust me. Find another hotel. Any hotel. Maybe it is their pet friendly rooms cause we have a dog but they are not even trying. Missing baseboards, ripped curtains. Dirty shower. Missing parts on door. Water damage on ceiling.

Rooms are clean but thats about all that was positive. It is kind of their slow season so I give some benefit of the doubt but property had garbage on the outside and hot tub was a second pool.

The heater couldn’t be turned on. There was a horrible smell. Even I went in there room after checking in the window was open. It was 41 degrees outside. I assume they were trying to air it out and forgot to close it. The indoor pool was like a glacier lake and the hot tub should be called a Luke warm bath. Overall not the best stay I’ve ever had.
