Was very disappointed I booked the hotel based on the bar restaurant being on location. It was closed for some reason. We were on snowmobiles so going out to eat wasn’t an option. Paid top price for a bed. Had to eat at the convenience store up the road. Disappointed in Hotels.com as well as the property for not disclosing that. I’ll be booking and staying somewhere else next time

This is a very nice place to stay. Rooms were immaculate and the desk staff were extremely helpful. I liked having nice chairs and a small table outside the room and the fact that there were china mugs for our coffee.

We stayed for 2 nights on a snowmobile trip. We had ample parking for 2 trailers and they have a very unique security system for snowmobiles outside. Using an electrical cord as an alarm, a very long cord waves through all sleds and if the circuit is interrupted an alarm goes off. All snowmobiles are on closed circuit camera that the front staff see at all times. Diner down the street the best place for breakfast! (La belle Province).

The restaurant was closed for construction. The shower had 2 conditionner bottles in the wall and no shampoo. The shower had some mold spots also. People were friendly and the room was clean but it’s noisy when you have workers from Hydro Québec that wake up early in the morning and are stom’ing around in their work boots.
