Excellent value for the price. The exterior shows its age, a bit but the room itself was beautifully renovated, spotless, super comfortable, had great AC, absolutely no smoking odors, and genuinely delivered on the “premium bedding” promise from the website. The lobby was welcoming, the breakfast was comparable to what you’d find at larger hotel chains, and the coffee was excellent. The front desk staff also could not have been nicer or more helpful. Because there are no indoor corridors, the property has more of a classic motel-style vibe, but the comfort of the rooms, the dog-friendly atmosphere, and the roughly $150 nightly savings compared to nearby options have made this my new go-to midpoint stop on my regular Florida-to-New York trips.

I have stayed here a few times now. Rooms are always clean. Their lobby area is beautiful, warm and inviting. They were undergoing a remodel during this visit, but it was not an inconvenience. Employees have always been friendly and helpful. Great place to stay if you want to visit area trails, Stone Mountain State Park, or historic downtown Elkin.

Another excellent stay! We have stayed at this hotel twice now and both times have been very pleased. This location is right off the interstate and is easy off and back on again, we stay on our way to the beach so it is a quick overnight for us. There are several restaurants close by that make it very easy to catch a quick bite. The rooms have been updated and are very clean and comfy. Great bed and bedding. The only issue we had was the pool is still closed for renovations so we were unable to use it which was not stated anywhere on the website. The breakfast was a very nice warm breakfast. Enjoyed our stay. Great place. Will stay again.
