Staff was OK, not warm and welcoming. Room was noisy from traffic sounds, bed was hard, sheets smelled strongly of floral laundry additive. Ice machine on 3rd floor broken and no bending there. At 4AM, there was no hot water for a slower. The room was clean but the bathroom was tired looking with patched repairs.

The room was clean and the food in the morning was ok. The lobby had a sour smell to it. And the shower in our bathroom really needs some CLR. With it being so close to the busy road, it was noisy all night with big trucks flying by. Staff was very pleasant.

This is a fine place to stay when passing through on a road trip. It’s convenient to get on and off the interstate, but the walls aren’t soundproof, so I could hear cars and trucks passing on the interstate all night. The rooms are big, but the decor seemed old. The staff was never around. I almost never saw them. Overall it was a basic hotel. It was a safe and comfortable place to spend the night

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. When we arrived, the air conditioner in our room was literally in pieces on the floor. The hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, and both the hallways and our room’s floor were noticeably dirty. On top of that, the overall atmosphere did not feel safe. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property, and I hope management takes immediate steps to address these issues.
