It’s a solid 3 star. It was pretty cheap and the rooms/facilities were clean. Reasonably quiet. The breakfast was pretty awful. Very little food and the coffee was undrinkable. The hotel was cheap and clean but eat breakfast somewhere else.

The hotel was under renovation and severely understaffed. The people who were there tried their best and were very accommodating as they were in short of supply of food and other necessities.

We spent 4 nights during a festival, no morning coffee was made until the final day of our stay. Some mornings no paper plates for your waffles? Towels need to be requested. It’s time to step up, Quality Inn. Clarksdale is depending on you to host its visitors. We were very happy with the renovations, and had a great room on first floor. Staff was very friendly each time I pestered them! Would stay again, it felt safe enough.

The tub has a plastic liner that is broken. Base board in the bedroom is damaged and falling off of the wall.

Family Comfort

When we first arrived, the attendant was confused about whether or not we should pay. We cleared it up when showed her my receipt. The room was ok, but it had a smell. But it wasn’t so disturbing that we couldn’t stay. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Check out was fast.

Property is under renovation. Room had construction dust, cable box box not connected and no shower curtain in the room. Appeared to not have any final inspection after renovation the room was "completed"

Not a good place to stay

The hotel had no elevator and all the exterior doors were taped off and broken. The only working door was the front entrance. The pool was not useable and overall the hotel was not up to the standard of Quality Inn. I would not stay at this hotel again. Major renovations and cleaning are needed.
