Location is great. The night shift staff was super rude. I booked a 1 bhk with 2 single bed and he argued for almost 30 mins saying that he doesn’t have one and the one I saw in the picture is only for visual purpose. That’s not how it works. He was super rude. He asked me that I shouldn’t have booked a room in the property. And then after 30 mins he gave a tomato 2 single beds - not sure how it came up magically. I would personally not go back to this property again.

It was below average. I only opted to Holiday apartment due to my long stay so that i can have better space and utility. but for the money paid it would have been better stayed in a Hotel. The room is not cleaned daily even though the site says so. they dont even change the towels not clean the bins. even after telling them nothing much has changed.

Wanted to give it a shot because of low prices. Hotel doesn’t even have clean towels. Housekeeping is like they don’t care. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. cheap quality hotel apartments, rundown property. Don’t care for breakfast, if you want to add breakfast you gonna regret.

Well, it's a good value for the size of the apartment. However, there we a lot of room amenities were lacking. The bed room television didn't work at all. The bathroom sink was stopped up. Room key kept having to be re programmed becasue it wouldn't work. The staff would only give you one towel. Just little stuff like that.

Within a stay of 8-9 nights the hotel changed towel only once and when asked for towels they refused to change towels. A lot of cockroaches were there in studio room, specially the kitchen area. Bathing cubical is so small that you could not even rub the soap on your body

Worst hotel i have ever been to. The mattresses were covered with white bed spread but when we pulled out the bedspreads we discovered black mold on the mattresses. Water from the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Staff either doesnt have any sense of hygiene or are poorly trained. They use the same mop to wipe the floors of the bedrooms as well as the toilet floor! Will never book here or even recommend. It was a nightmare. We were so jet lagged that we didnt have the energy to look for another hotel. This place was bad!

Please do not book this hotel We got 1 bedroom suite here with kitchen and on day 2, elevator was closed due to rain water flooded on 2 floors We didn't get towels in room. After requesting 7 times we got it on next day and those were not even clean towels Bedroom sheets were also dirty Furniture was very old and dirty kitchen utensils were very old and dirty. even gas stove was dirty Staff was good and helped to accomodate room change. But hotel owner really need to upgrade everything. Overall experience was very bad. Will not suggest anyone to book this hotel

Venu avec mes 3 filles entre 2ans et 12ans. Le service du personnel très gentil, mais manque de propreté dans l’appartement, manque d’ustensiles de cuisine, j’étais obligé d’acheter quelque verre en plastique ainsi que des assiettes. Je compte revenir à dubaï mais j’irai dans un autre hôtel.

Pathetic service. Sikander and his colleagues were absolutely not interested in attending any guest. They took more than 15 mins just to locate the booking. Once they got the booking after that they were short on key access card to enter the room.

The location was good. The room and size was very good. However, amenities were only average at best. Coffee pot didn’t work. TV cable box had to be completely replaced. And the house keeping would not do a thorough cleaning. Some things they just left messy. Very strange. But overall…I liked the place. I would stay there again.
