It feels like a "plus" - in addition to the clean rooms and common areas, there was a nice (free) coffee bar where guests could customize decaf/caffeinated drop coffee or lattes. Bar was open late and didn't feel empty/sad. Great location with a close walk to the river's edge.

This was our 4th or 5th time at this Best Western Plus. We had a great view from our window of the river, bridge and thunderstorm. Something changed since our last visit. The bed frames are painted black and stick out a couple of inches, at least, below the mattress. My shins are still sore from hitting the corners while going around the bed. Also, but not as painful, the curtains are so stiff that making them stay closed to shut out light is impossible. It’s too bad. The hotel is in a convenient location and is right on the river. The staff was friendly and helpful, too. Warning: don’t order the carrot cake!
