Friendly staff. Quick and easy check-in. Rooms were clean. Great breakfast selections. I did find 2 spiders in the room, but they were closely near the door. The air conditioning unit in our room wasn't working well so it was somewhat hot. My boys loved the 24/7 heated pool. Our first night was good, but the second night we could clearly tell people were upstairs anove us- we could hear all the walking and toilet flushing all throughout the night, which woke us up multiple times.
