Breakfast was fresh, but just okay in taste. Parking was great, being right in fron of your room on the same level. The bed was extremely comfortable, but the coolest thing was the picture above it -- a grouping of rock pools, which are types of vernal pools. What was so cool about that? I was staying at the hotel for an event called Vernal Poolooza, which was a conference centered around wetlands......especially vernal pools.

I’ll start by saying the staff member was fine. She accommodated us when we had to change rooms after check-in. Our first room had flooring that was coming up. It had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. The doors were in bad shape. The walls were in bad shape. The grout was dirty, stained, and coming off in several places. Out second room was better but still not in great shape. This hotel badly needs an upgrade.

Excellent stay, top notch customer service! Prompt , professional service at check in; she was very knowledgeable and friendly, made sure we had everything we needed. I travel frequently, and am very impressed with the room cleanliness. Our suite was spacious enough to travel with our daughter, and accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast, and love having coffee available in lobby 24/7. We look forward to coming back for next year’s event !
