Wonderful stay!

This was such a great hotel choice. The owners are amazing! Their staff is also wonderful! From the moment we walked in until we left, the husband and wife along with their team made us feel just like family. We hope to visit Weatherford again just to say hell and stay again!

Helpful staff, clean.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. It’s nice to have a restaurant on site. Our room was very small but that maybe because we were traveling with our dog. The other rooms I could see looked bigger.

Breakfast was not set up containers were empty. Waited till people showed up to put things out, then very sparse. They would make your egg! Instead of just putting them out.

Superior Service!

This hotel is unusual in that the staff bends over backward to welcome you and make you comfortable. It is not a luxury hotel but the personal care is similar to that provided by The Four Seasons. (And there is a great local doughnut shop next door)

Check in not as smooth as previous stay

We actually stayed here before and hadn't realized it. We would probably stay here again even though for some reason we arrived at a time where no one was at the front desk and a waitress (I'm assuming) finally came from the dining area to help but it wasn't going well at all. Then after calling someone else to try to get things to enter in the computer we finally got our room. It has more than the usual hotel with the bar/restaurant attached.

Update beds and pillows.

Only thing I would like to see different is make the beds and pillows more comfortable. All pillows were flat and the mattress was hard. Mattress toppers would be excellent if added. I woke up hurting.

Once a month our family stays at a hotel for a night to get out of our camp trailer. Our home is currently being worked on and it’s a nice break to get out and get hot showers, eat out, and have some extra room to move around. Compared to a camp trailer, a hotel room/suite tends to feel luxurious and large. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and I appreciate feeling like they paid attention and seemed to care about what I had to say instead of just trying to make friendly conversation while checking us in and out. We will consider using this property again in the future while in our trailer and possibly even after for small weekend getaways. Thank you Best Western for the hospitality and the beds, towels, hot water, the extra space and bigger furniture for a night! It helps us to get through this situation of ours. - Grateful locals
