The room and public areas were all very well maintained. The view was wonderful and the balcony allowed for great sunset photos. Parking is very good also. The breakfast was much better than those offered by name brand hotels. My only suggestion would be to turn up the heat and the jets in the hot tub, it was not therapeutic or satisfying at all.

Ocean Shores has much to be desired, but this hotel did not disappoint. It was clean, had all the amenities you would need, was dog friendly without the smell or noise you would expect being so, and the breakfast was actually very good. Was a great week! Jamie, Andrea and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish the adult swim time was longer. View and location were great. Breakfast was good. The couch in our room could be replaced. Had several rooms with lots of family staying for the week. Overall great place we will be returning. Looking forward to our next visit.

They are remolding and have definitely made improvements, we go back every year to see what is new. They have a great breakfast selection. We enjoy the ocean view and watching the horses from are room and balcony. Staff is pleasant, and good about refilling your room, although I wish they would give you more then 2 coffee packs, but you can ask for more. It is pretty clean. I don't swim but the pool looks clean and inviting. Overall it is a great place to us, and I would recommend it.

We had a great stay! The room had everything we needed, was clean, spacious, and the view of the ocean was absolutely perfect. The breakfast was really good, and the observation lighthouse was a fun bonus. Being only about a 4-minute walk to the beach made the location even better. It was the perfect spot for our family, and we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

The proximity to the beach is very, very close. Easy drive to the shops and restaurants. Our room was clean but had a slight scent to it...as all hotel rooms do. The bathroom was roomy which also had a slight scent to it but it did it's job. We didn't have a balcony unfortunately. Plenty of parking but it needs repainted because people guessed where the stalls were. But, it worked out. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they were busy and looked very clean. I highly recommend this this place.

The hotel and staff were nice. I chose this hotel specifically because the breakfast buffet offered was supposedly wonderful. I found it average and not replenished or stocked that well. We waited as long as possible for eggs and pancakes to be replenished; but they never were. We arrived at 800 am for breakfast. No big deal- still a nice hotel.
