Pet friendly rooms were misrepresented- dark dingy feeling- hardly any light in the room. First floor (which is pet friendly rooms) was Smokey, very loud, shady activity going on. Exit and back doors were not locking properly. Management couldn’t give a clear answer on when doors should be locked. There is no policy for quiet hours. My kids were scared, we moved room to second floor was better.
