The hotel was decorated so beautifully for Fall. I wanted to sit in from of the lobby fireplace and read a book.. was so cozy. Staff at check in and check out were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, parking was fine, the sidewalk was full of snow, in front of door of our room. We got very little sleep due to other guests being drunk and loud and unruly, staff did address it, but guests continued to be obnoxious. Screaming yelling pounding on things, the adults that were suppose to be supervising the minor hockey players were drunk as well. One of the most horrble stays i have had.
