hotel bem localizado, equipe de colaboradores educados e atenciosos. Embora o quarto seja espaçoso, confortável e limpo, as roupas de cama, toalhas, travesseiros e colchões, estão bem desgastados necessitando troca. o chuveiro é elétrico e não tem muita pressão da água. O buffet de café da manhã é razoável, tem variedade mas a qualidade deixa um pouco a desejar (os pães de queijo e outros quitutes salgados estavam duros nos dias que estive hospedada). a garagem do hotel não comporta a quantidade de hospedes, tendo que estacionar em outro local, mas nada que dificulte muito. O hotel é bem central, e como ficamos hospedados no feriado, tinha um palco com evento e shows de musica organizado pela prefeitura, além de o som estar absurdamente alto, se estendia até meia noite ou mais, chegando a tremer as janelas do meu apartamento comprometendo o descanso e sono dos hóspedes. Mesmo o hotel não tendo responsabilidade direta é uma questão a ser pensada pelos administradores e questionada junto a prefeitura, vi outros hospedes reclamando da mesma situação, inclusive idosos e famílias com bebês.

O quarto é de tamanho bom e com boa limpeza. Os funcionários são cordiais. Contudo, embora por fora pareça luxuoso, o hotel não entrega muito. O quarto não tem qualquer preparação acústica, escuta-se de tudo do corredor e da rua, é impossível dormir após às 7h e se tiver algum evento na Praça ou estacionamento do parque, é impossível dormir a qualquer hora. Café da manhão insosso, longe das tradições mineiras. Sauna inoperante, garagem não comporta o número de hóspedes. Não há serviço de quarto, nem para aquisição de uma garrafa de água. Os itens de banho são de qualidade ruim. O ar condicionado não tem capacidade de resfriar pelo tamanho do quarto. Em suma: parece um projeto bem idealizado, mas muito mal executado.

O meu quarto estava sujo, tinha até semente de laranja no chão. A cabeceira da cama ha anos não ve um pano. A televisão alem de nao ter canais não é smart que permita conectar o celular. De noite ao sair do quarto você nao consegue abrir a porta pois a luz apaga e difixulta abrir a porta com a chave. Alguma luz deveria ficar permanente. Hotel tem estrutura mas está mal explorada. Localização muito boa. Estacionamento excelente. Cafe da manhã bom.
