Slightly limited check in times with limited office hours. The photo on our particular room had different beds but the one we had was perfect anyway. On a subtle small note - the chap greeted us and checked us in at 3:30pm - he said our room is ready so they will let us check in early. So is their check in later but it was 3pm on the hotels.com - or he may not have known what time it was - he was very nice but also it wasn't worth clarifying.

It is just the perfect place to stay on your Hawaii vacation, it has everything you need. A block from the beach, convenience stores, restaurants at walking distance… parking included (which will be very expensive if you are staying at a hotel). Clean room, great location just a block from Waikiki beach and shops. Nice having the bedroom separate from the rest of the suite. Kitchen well equipped. Availability of things like boogie boards and beach chairs. Parking very good and included in the price. It was windy and on the 15 floor the wind whistled through any gaps. An issue is that I booked with Expedia resulting in some breakdown with communication. Had to ensure they had my email rather than the Expedia link causing some initial confusion with room access

Loved staying here every thing is close by walking distance. Melissa the lady that checked us in was simply amazing and great communication and accommodating. I had to go into tower 1 to check in and sweetwater was in tower 2 . Kinda confusing at first but once we checked in everything was great .

Kuhio Beach heaven!

I loved my stay at this location. Tower #1 is for the condo timeshare rentals and Tower #2 is the Aston Baynon hotel. The location to Waikiki beach and shops is great! There is a 5-7 minute walk to the Kuhio beach and a ten minute walk to access the blocks of shops. There is a pool and two hot tubs on the 6th floor, a mini mart, and a coffee cafe in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again!
