One night in San Juan before the cruise

The hotel’s location is superb: in the middle of old San Juan. You are close to everything. It’s very basic accommodation but clean and with a very good air conditioner. The only problem is the noise from the street. You hear absolutely everything and it doesn’t stop till 3:00am. So, next time I would not request a room with a balcony ( it’s decorative and useless, you can’t sit there). Plus, they have a nice patio on the top floor

Unable to access and not available

Do not recommend! They gave us the wrong code to the lockbox leaving us standing on the street at 10pm while they didn’t respond to any calls or messages. Hotels.com had to get us a hotel at the last minute in a different area. 5 stars for hotels.com. Zero for navano studios, would not recommend

Navona Studios Stay

There’s not much to this hotel. The room is basically just for sleeping and showing. It’s super small and the keep in mind that you may have to walk up three flights depending on what room you receive with your luggage which is not easy to do. No parking in the area received a ticket my first night there. The service was good as the owner helped us when we arrived to check in. It’s located in a central location in Old San Juan which is a plus. Overall it was an okay stay.

Bom custoxbeneficio. Bem localizado na parte antiga de San Juan. Seguro. Bom atendimento. Chuveiro razoável. Cama pequena pra um casal. Tamanho do quarto bom. Porém, o quarto em que fiquei era de frente pra rua. Muito barulho e cortinas que deixam entrar muita claridade.

No elevator but nice and comfortable!

The hotel is in a central location not too far from parking lots. For certain people, the stairs may be difficult (no elevator!). The hotel is nice and the rooms are small but well kept. We were only there one night and really didn't have any issues. We would stay here again.

Très bon séjour au cœur du Vieux San Juan

Navona Studios est une excellente option pour séjourner dans le Vieux San Juan. L'emplacement est idéal : en plein centre, à proximité des principaux sites historiques, restaurants et boutiques, tout en restant un lieu paisible pour se reposer après une journée de visites. La chambre était confortable, bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Seul petit bémol : il y a pas mal d'escaliers, ce qui peut être un inconvénient pour ceux qui ont du mal à se déplacer ou qui voyagent avec de grosses valises. Mais si cela ne vous pose pas de problème, c'est un très bon choix pour profiter pleinement de San Juan !

Great location and very clean

Right in the heart of Old San Juan. It was great for a couple night stay and I would stay there again. The building is old like everything in Old San Juan so don't expect great water pressure or a large bathroom, or an elevator but it was very comfortable and very clean. We stayed in one of the rooms overlooking the street on the 3rd floor which was cool for us because we didn't mind the stairs. The rooftop patio was a bonus and we hung out there for a bit one night. The noise from the trash trucks at night was comical because it seemed like they must've come by a dozen times. How many times do you need to empty the same dumpster in one night? Great coffee shop across the street and its a huge bonus to be able to walk everywhere without the hassle of parking and driving around.

Great hotel, don’t count on luggage storage

Very nice hotel in a great area. Warning to those planning to leave luggage in storage the day you check out— we were leaving on a Sunday and they told us as we were dropping our bags that we had to be back by 3pm to get them. It really cut our last day short! We had a late evening flight and ended up stuck waiting for the second half of the day instead of exploring. I know this isn’t the hotel’s responsibility but would have been good to know beforehand as we would have booked elsewhere
