The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. It’s a perfect place to stay and within the heart of Old San Juan. There is a very nice rooftop area to lounge in and people watch. They also held our luggage for us after check out until 2pm. It was easy to get a taxi from the airport and an uber the next day to the Pan American cruise port. 100% would recommend!

We were there twice - the day before our cruise left and a day after the completion of our cruise. While Navona will store you luggage until your room is ready or you're ready to board the ship, its not very accomodating with the hours of the jewelry store where they're held. Opens kinda at 10:00, but more like 10:30....sometimes, and you need to get your luggage by 2:00 or you can't get it. Makes it hard to go do anything. A few simple room improvements would go a long way to improving the experience. Enough convenient outlets to plug your electronics in and some shelving in the bathroom to put your items.
