The receptionist was very pleasant and we were able to securely park our motorbikes and leave protective clothing and bags at noon. We returned later to check in properly and everything went well. The room is comfortable, the bed huge and the roof terrasse stunning. Slight downsides were the quality of the toilet paper and tissues and exterior noises from 6am (we were on the ground floor) Pleasing things were the soft bedding, proper coffee machine, real water glasses and coffee cups and convenient location.

Zimmer mit Balkon war gut, wenn auch sehr klein, Gepäck ist da schon im Weg. Zimmerservice mit Intervallen. Habe von BW nach dem check in die Bewerbung der rooftopbar erhalten, ebenso wird das auf der homepage des Hotels beworben, diesen Service gibt es aber schon lange nicht mehr. DAs Hotel hat darauf lt. Aussage keinen direkten Einfluss.

Grosses komfortables Zimmer im 3. Stock mit Blick auf das Bassin d Arcachon. Zimmer wie Bad konnte man mit Schiebetüren zum Balkon öffnen, sehr fein. Schlafkomfort ruhig trotz Strassenlage. Tolle Dachterrasse, leider nicht in Betrieb, das ist extrem schade. Kontinentales Frühstück im Keller hat mich nicht überzeugt.

La situation est correcte de même que la taille et confort de la chambre familiale réservée même si vue côté parking.Les chiens sont les bienvenus. L’eco responsabilité est le point fort. L’état général est plutôt fatigué et la salle de pdj en sous sol est trop petite. La propreté de notre chambre à l’arrivée était horrible et ma femme a préféré gérer la propreté du lieu pendant le séjour. Le service est très hétérogène au niveau des personnes croisées. De l’amabilité mais également beaucoup d’incompétence et souvent aucune véritable préoccupation du client.Tendance confirmée par les autres clients qui partageaient notre avis avec un peu de dérision et d’impuissance Surtout qu’avec ce niveau de qualité globalement inférieur à un 3 étoiles déjà peu exigeant le prix devient exhorbitant. Enfin malgré nos plaintes exprimées sur place la direction est aux abonnés absents ce qui explique la prestation qui impacte l’image et la réputation best western versus notre expérience très positive au Canet plage certes avec une direction au top
