Relaxing Weekend Away

We only stayed for a long weekend, but we left completely revived. Perfect size of hotel-not too big/busy with a laid back vibe. Beautiful pool area and sea views from all angles of the hotel. Lovely open balconys especially on the forth floor. A spotless bathroom with fresh towels and toiletries for guests leaving to the airport after checking out is very well thought out, and allows you to make the most of your last day

A rare jewel. A design team that executed to perfection. The drive to ultra luxury in all elements of the hotel experience completely successful. A bed and sheets that surpass Four Seasons with a room that is darkened perfectly for the ultimate sleep. Quiet with little touches like expensive super quiet elevators and ultra heavy finished doors and windows a serious positive. Perfect breakfast great service. 10/10.

Beautiful hotel , situated up in the hills but not a problem to get out and about either walking or taxi s very prompt , bout 5 euro down to the Harbourne , supermarket and bars and restaurants nearby only 5 mins walk , hotel itself is lovely , very modern clean and comfortable , we didn't find the music a problem round the pool , service is really good , although I thought the drinks and food by the pool quite expensive , we loved this place and would go back just pricey !!

A strange place to review...

Some staff were fantastic and so pleasant and yet others stand offish and almost disinterested, breakfast a disaster, never got an order right for the duration of our stay and closed at 10.30 and I mean 10.30, 10.31 and they've packed it away sometimes your advised...room lovely with great view. Location a lot better than you initially think but if your not a hill climber this isn't for you.

Plainly put: this hotel is swank and in a very cool neighborhood... especially if you're trying to find an area more relaxed than Palma. The staff is all helpful and friendly, the pool and vistas are fantastic and the drinks and food are great. Our room was nice but there was just one thing that drove my wife and I nuts: at least in our room, the blinds/curtains don't close all of the way (the track on each side of the window goes from the edge of the room/window to about halfway to the middle. What all this means is that you're waking up at 7am every morning whether you like it or not. That aside, again, the service and property are stunning and I would absolutely go back and recommend to people.
