We found this place clean and a beautiful building. Check in might have been a little complicated but the first door was already open and a caretaker was inside. On entry to the hotel on the 2nd floor, a lovely staff member helped us with the check in machine. If we arrived at night or if no human was around, then it would certainly have been more complicated. The place overall was very nice.

This hotel was safe, clean and unique. I thought there was parking on the premises but there wasn’t. We had to park in the public parking garage across the street. Check in took long because we got there after 15:00 and had to use a machine to self check in. All in all a great and clean hotel.

We only got to stay for one day, but the property was PERFECT for exploring Valencia. Right Doyle , maybe a ten minute walk to the cathedral and market. The virtual check in would be tricky without directions, so make sure you communicate with the hotel to get directions for this. Simone was incredibly helpful and everything was easy.

Breakfast too far away from Ciutat Vella

Great location. Easy access to shopping and sightseeing. Only downfall was the breakfast that we purchased. The cafe was the opposite of the old town about 0.5 km in Mercado Colon, not to be confused with the central market. We opted not to walk there but had breakfast in one of the many cafes nearby.

The room was spacious and amazing. Loves the shower also it was big, had a fan and aircon which was a plus. Self check in was also easy. Location is very central also. I’m coming to stay again next week so excited to stay again.

Excellent position for visiting all major attractions. We never saw Reception manned the whole time of our four night stay. Cleaning was only every other day and you needed to request it and coffee was not re stocked. On the day of our departure we asked if we could leave our luggage and this request was denied

Great Hotel

Wonderful place. Exactly what we needed in this city. Excellent location, very central ... Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable. Building has elevators. Check-in is automated - ps: have a credit card on hand for payment as it's through the machine only. Cleaning service was great, and she was helpful last day in keeping our luggage for extra couple of hours after. Checkout. We would stay here again if we come back to Valencia.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Not far from old town and close to transport links. And has lots of shops bars and restaurants nearby. We had no problem accessing the building. There is no reception so need a code then its self check in. The apartments are spacious and bed was comfy. Coffee machine and fridge and shower was good. So all we needed as mostly out exploring the city.

Location is really good. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. However, the building is old and even though it has been refurbished is not insulated for the noise. When you are in your room, you can hear doors slamming, alarms going off on the room besides, the room beside coughing, people doing the check out… is not the most quiet place to rest.

The rooms were in good condition, the interior was clean and the bathroom well maintained. However, the hotel is in a building with an sketchy entrance that many times had no lights on, and it felt unsafe going in and out. Not having someone from the hotel on-site probably contributed to this feeling, even though self check-in worked well.

We had a great stay at Hi hotel Boutique, the staff is very kind and helpful, the property is very well located within 5 minutes walking from the most important city sighseeings, the rooms are - fairly - quiet but have all the necessary amenities and space, bed and pillows are really comfortable! Only small negative point is that since the building is a little bit old there´s a smell in the rooms in summer time because of the heat, however, the staff is very helpful and they did everything to make it better for us :) I highly recommend this place if you´re staying in Valencia!
