Sehr schöne Außenanlage. Betten haben Rollen und es gibt keine normalen Decken sondern nur Wolldecken deshalb ein großer Sternabzug.

Insgesamt sehr gut. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, das Frühstück wirklich gut und die Zimmer sind vernünftig ausgestattet und haben eine gute Größe. Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Abzug gibt es für die Sauberkeit, die könnte verbessert werden (Geschirr beim Frühstück war leider durchweg nicht richtig abgewaschen und die Bettwäsche hatte teilweise Flecken und Löcher).

Personnel sympa et tres professionnel grand hôtel de 4* implanté parmi plein la verdure des arbres etdu charme loin du bruit je le recommande... arret de bus à proximité et des plages aussi, le buffet du matin et du soir tres copieux avec un sourire généreux du personnel.

Poor experience

To start, we were greeted by Flavia, she was fantastic and I old us about the best places to eat nearby and so on. We stayed for 3 nights. A common theme for this hotel is everything is behind a paywall. For instance, if you want to use the sauna or Jacuzzi i think it’s €7 per hour. The pool closes at 6 pm which I found to be way too early (sunset is at 8:30). One of the worst experiences was talking to a member of the customer service, I believe his name was Fabio. Fabio was very rude and almost yelled at us when we asked them to use the sauna after 6. I have never felt more uncomfortable or upset while staying at a hotel that is supposed to be 4 stars. Also the towels are also to be rented fyi. In terms of condition, the hotel is very very old. You could tell from the room.
