Definitely will stay again!

I was supossed to stay 3 nights, but my trip got cut short due to a family emergency. The hotel was gracious and understanding about my situation. The 1 night I did stay, the room was clean, and roomy. The only complaint i have was the water pressure for the shower could be better. But the bathroom was spacious, and clean! Thank you again best western for a great stay! Definitely will stay there again when i visit Alabama again!

Hotel was really run done and they were in the process of renovating serval rooms which by my the condition of are room it is really needed. The hotel was clean just severely run done.

Trusted the rating of 8.9. Fresh paint on the outside, 1974 in the inside. The room smelled like mold so bad I had to ask for another. Service was not great.

Last minute booking. Easy check in. Room smelled dirty but I think just old. Bath had small amount of mold around joints. Better cleaning would help. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with sausage and eggs and typical self serve. Overall ok just needs deep cleaning.

I am very disappointed with my stay here. I paid good money for a stay here, and the walls on floor 2 in the halls are missing Sheetrock like some work zone. Not what I was expecting for the money, brought my family along for the stay and very dissatisfied. The room has a bad smell also, sorry but not happy with the stay !

Enjoyed my stay, the only inconvenience was the key machine was broke and so we didn't have a key to go in and out. So we had to prop our door open while we went out to eat. Kind of scary to think someone might take out stuff. But overall the room was nice and clean. There is $200 deposit, but as long as you dont mess up the room you get it back.

Basic No frills-absolutely no frills with small odor hotel. Unfortunately all the Best Westerns that I have stayed at have been uncomfortable for me. When you're scared to shower or let your feet touch the floor, and sleep with a crook in your neck bcuz you don't want the linens touching you. This is me at EVERY Best Western, so I will no longer book there. It's more of a working man, truck driver establishment.
