Quick overnight stay on a road trip. Great proximity to Jasper and a nice view of the mountains from our room. Only issue was a couple of stains on the sheets. You could tell they were cleaned but if the sheets are stained they should be replaced. Overall a great and comfortable stay though!

I only booked this Hotel for the pool, as I had my grandson with me. I paid for two rooms, and I paid $20 more for each room, other than another hotel that didn't have a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was down for maintenance a couple days prior, but it did not say this on the website I booked on, so I was not happy about this. Other than that, the breakfast was good - you had decaf and boiled eggs, so I was happy about that.

Friendly check in service. The room was great for one night altho seemed to be the residue of dog hair, smell but understandably that's what you get with pet friendly. Disappointed that the fridge froze most of our food we had for the rest of our trip.

Hotel need really update and need so much cleaning , outside the room are very filthy. The room need really update with lighting, layout of the room , the bin was as you come out from the room down the stairs was overflown for few days was not been emptied. The floor throughout the hotel are so sticky and not clean properly. The breakfast yoghurt was out of date.

Room was very smelly and dirty. Bathroom had lots of hair on the floor and floor was sticky. sink light and microwave was not working. Crockery cabinets was so stinky that I felt like throwing up. My son I couldn’t sleep, so we checked out 5.30 am next day and didn’t receive refund for next day. There hotel should be closed for business.

The room was nice. However, the bed bug we found on bed at 1am was not! Hotel tried to convince me that they never had had complaints and it was not possible due to metal base on bed. Even though I show them the live bed bug. Still charged us the night even though we left and had to sleep in our truck!!! Do not reccomend!!!!

Staff greeted us like family members. They had everything ready when we went to the counter. It took us less than 2 minutes to check in. Room was very spacious and cleaned. Bed was very comfortable.
