My stay was full of issues from the moment I checked in. I had booked and paid for a 1 King Suite, but was given a standard 2 Queen room instead. When I tried calling the front desk to address the issue, the in-room phone didn’t even work—so I had to go down in person.
When I showed the staff my receipt clearly stating I booked a suite, I was told they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate the room I paid for. No upgrade, no refund, not even a real apology—just a “sorry.” At that point, I was stuck for the night and decided to just get through it.
The room itself was disappointing: the bed was uncomfortable, the mini fridge was dirty, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. On top of that, the walls were paper-thin—I could hear every door, conversation, and car passing by. Even the elevators were unbearably hot.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
