The hotel is the oldest in the Rio Quente complex But the best located for access to the natural pools. Staff is extremely friendly and food at the Casa de Cora main restaurant is very good and with a wealth of choices. A must visit place. The hotel has respected the surrounding nature of the area.

It could’ve been so much better,

We had a wonderful time at this resort until it came time to check out. We were double charged for multiple items that were billed to the room and also the valet that parked the car put a dent in the door and somehow the car was out of gas, even though we gave it to the valet with a half a tank, almost as if someone was out joy riding in my car. The manager was no help with this and I am contemplating legal action. Most of the staff and the facility were amazing but it only takes one bad experience to ruin your stay.

We fly to GYN airport and it is over 2 hours (paid expensive transfer) to the hotel Pousada. My mother felt at one of the parks and got no assistance by park personnel, including life guards. I made an official complaint and no one called me to see what happened. Then, my daughter had a stomach intoxication and went to ambulatory. We noticed other kids and elderly people with similar problems. Again, no follow up to see if she was better. Few days after, we all got stomach bugs. Front desk personal were very young and not well trained. The food didn’t not match the high price of this resort. I am deeply disappointed and I would not recommend it to anyone.

O vaso sanitario estava com problema, logo que chegamos abri um chamado, fomos atendidos, porém não resolveu completamente. Descobrimos que a caixa do vaso só enchia se estivesse em uma determinada posição. Cama e travesseiros ótimo, chuveiro ótimo! Comida boa, frutas mal cortada e algumas sem gosto. Tudo muito muito caro! Sanduíches caros e sem nada de especial. Ainda vem com porção de fritas fria. O pior mesmo é a taxa de serviço cobrada na nota final! Preços caríssimos e ainda acrescentar taxa no final... Não foi legal!! As piscinas são boas, mas se não chegar a tempo de pegar mesa e cadeiras fica de pé. Muita muita muita gente nas piscinas! Conclusão, é um local para se conhecer uma vez só! Acaba saindo muito caro pelo que é oferecido. De positivo, local maravilhoso!! O Hot park divertido. Fizemos hidroginástica 2 dias seguidos. As meninas que comandaram a hidro e brincadeiras são ótimas! Muito bom mesmo! O grupo que se apresentou a noite nas piscinas da fonte foram fantásticos!

Pelo valor da diária o hotel deixa muito a desejar, começando pela experiência do check in, demorado, confuso e equipe desesperada. A meia pensão deixa desejar na qualidade dos alimentos, o quarto melhorou, porém, a qualidade dos travesseiros é péssima, o colchão de mola barulhento, o serviço de concierge não atende o WhatsApp e o tel do quarto não funciona. Todos os alimentos e bebidas do complexo são caros, de baixa qualidade e com taxa de serviço. Enfim, uma viagem cara e que não vale o investimento.

Fomos penalizados por ter feito a reserva pela plataforma da hortelã e nos colocaram no mais antigo e último anexo ao fundo do hotel, não foi oferecido carrinho pra levar as malas, não havia sinalização, uma demora terrível pra achar o bloco e ficamos totalmente perdidos e perdendo mais de 1 hora .. o quarto extremamente desgastando e com sinal de falta de manutenção por todo lado .. o caminho pra chegar no quarto estava cheio de entulhos e equipes de obra, poeira e bagunça ... O hotel pousada precisa melhorar muito o atendimento no check-in super demorado e check-out também funcionários vê você esperando e nao disconfiam que a gente está esperando, também nos ap muito barulho de todas as formas e na limpeza não fazem reposição de sabonetes nem colocam touca de banho retiram a toalha piso e não colocam outra ,até papel higiênico tive que pedir porque a camareira não repois ...também área de piscinas lotadas e gente demais, precos exorbitantes de bebidas...ou seja infelizmente a pousada do Rio Quente perdeu toda a quantidade mais os preços praticados não melhora nunca!😒👀

Nos colocaram em um quarto de categoria inferior

Fiz a reserva de um apartamento, para 4 hóspedes, no Hotel Pousada, onde a descrição dizia: 2 quartos conectados por uma porta. Chegamos um pouco antes do horário de check-in, fomos atendidos muito bem, pelo recepcionista, que nos informou que, mesmo estando antes do horário, vamos liberar o acesso ao quarto, pois já está pronto. Só que, o quarto não era no Hotel Pousada e fomos colocados no Vacation Villa em um quarto com 3 camas (1 de casal e 2 de solteiro). Não foi o que estava na descrição do apto escolhido. Não quis voltar até a recepção pra reclamar, já que estava com 2 pessoas idosas, inclusive meu pai, que fez 84 anos e fomos para comemorar seu aniversário.
