I am satisfied with my the stay. Budget hotel located in proximity of metro station and Place d'Italie with many restaurants and shops. Room equiped with private bathroom and shower. Descent breakfast for a little price extra which is convenient.

O serviço de quarto, basicamente não existe. Tinha barata no quarto, isolamento acústico péssimo. Inclusive tinha um hóspede batendo na parede! A localização é boa, mas o banheiro não tem tranca para tomar banho e não tem vaso/banheiro em todos os andares. O quarto não aquece.

Ce type d'hotel répond certes à un besoin. La question est que cela devrait être plus clairement affiché sur le site. On ne s'attend pas à tomber dans un gourbi. Et le prix final est excessif par rapport aux prestations fournies. Sinon, l'emplacement est bon, et l'accueil correct

Bien placé mais vétuste

3eme etage sans ascenseur: je ne l’avais pas vu sur le site. Chambre correcte avec petite salle de bains ( douche et wc) . 2 lits Fenêtre ancienne qui ne ferme pas bien ( bruit et air). Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours car pas de porte serviettes pour qu’elles sèchent. Pas de balayage pendant 4 nuits alors qu’il a plu. Mais situation très bien placée près de Gare de Lyon( 15 min), du centre et beaucoup de restaurants autour.

Perception indue d'une taxe - personnel non formé

Je réside à Paris. On ne doit donc pas me faire payer la taxe de séjour. La personne à l'accueil n'était pas informée de cette réglementation. Il faudrait - indiquer comment obtenir le remboursement de la somme indûment perçue - former les agents de l'accueil sur les exceptions à la perception de la taxe de séjour.
