Our room was the 2 bedroom family unit, it was very roomy, the kitchen was bigger than mine, the bedrooms were big and well appointed, there was an outside patio and lovely back yard fully fenced. we could not fault anything and having a good restaurant on site was very welcome.

Overall enjoyed stay and room was comfy, but disappointed that paid premium for the spa room only to discover on entering room it was out of order, and had been for sometime I would suggest. A prior warning or a discount would have been nice.

Don't let the rating put you off.

We had some apprehension about the 3 star rating, but while it was dated and tired, it was fine. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was even a recliner, so that pleased my wife no end as she has pain from hips that need replacing, and most accommodation facilities we have stayed in haven't had this feature. We enjoyed the spa, which we had specifically booked for. The bed was comfortable. It's air conditioned. There's a TV/DVD combo. The area, and hotel, was quiet. The views can be good. Unfortunately we were here over New Year's, so the restaurant was closed, like so many other eateries in Deloraine at this time of year apparently. The proprietor was friendly enough, and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay, and wouldn't mind recommending it to others.

Great location and well equipped for cooking. Spacious living area but the apartment configuration was not optimal. Great view from main bedroom but had to walk through the second bedroom to enter the apartment and access the bathroom. Grass area off main bedroom could be developed to make the most of the view. Overall, good value for money.
