This was a terrible stay and very disappointing.
I booked for 4 adults, but the room was not a family room at all. There was no space to move around, and the room felt cramped and uncomfortable from the moment we arrived.
The beds were uncomfortable, and the trundle bed kept moving, making it very hard to sleep. The bathroom was extremely small, with barely any room to move. The shower was dirty, and the soap holder looked like it was about to fall off the wall, which was concerning.
The air-conditioning did not work, and the window could not be opened, making the room hot and uncomfortable.
We were booked for 5 nights but left early because we simply could not handle staying another night. Unfortunately, there was nowhere else available to move to at the time.
Overall, the room was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and not suitable for the number of guests booked. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
