Big4 Mudgee Holiday Park had a unique and interesting vibe. The 2 Br Cabin was comfortable; we also enjoyed the front terrace. We did not see a very charming NSW country town with excellent wineries, nice cafes and eateries. We also enjoyed the exhibition at the Mudgee Arts Precinct. Big 4 is conveniently located to town, but also some very nice Mudgee suburbs and landscapes right opposite.

Very clean and tidy. Rooms were large and spacious. Well equipped,had everything needed.

For the price , it was fine , clean , had everything you need in cabin, excellent parking facilities, friendly staff and a short drive to town. VERY small rooms and bathroom, outdated and a little rundown / not as nice as other Big4 parks we have stayed at but like I said for the price, it was fine. I would not want to stay there for a nice relaxing getaway but if you just need a clean warm place to sleep in between exploring the town (which is all we wanted) it is perfect.

The only thing I didn't like was the bindis. If it was up to me, I would get a digger and dig them all up and try to get rid of them. Other than that it was 5 stars. Easy and simple booking, check in , nice and clean and tidy and everything we needed.

What were they thinking?..

Our experience started off wonderfully, but things took a turn once we reached the bed. The mattress and pillows—if you could even call them that—were incredibly uncomfortable. Despite having booked a two-night stay, we chose to cut our trip short after just one night. The pillows were so insufficient that they felt almost non-existent; it was hardly worth having them at all!
