We stayed just one night. It was March so I don’t have any input on the pool. Our room was very clean and spacious. It had a kitchenette- which we didn’t use. It was stocked with dishes, pot, pans etc. Staff was very friendly during check in. Breakfast had hot and cold options. Overall it seems to be a very nice, well maintained hotel.

This is our second time staying at the Residence Inn Oklahoma City Northwest for our July convention, and it’s been fantastic both times! The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is great, and the room layout is wonderful. We especially love the small kitchen area. Highly recommend!

This was our fourth time staying at this hotel and we will be back again. Rooms are really nice and well appointed with kitchen items for making small meals if you want to cook. May & NW Expressway have plenty of restaurants to choose from too. There’s an entrance road at the On Cue signal that takes you to the hotel(it’s easier then NW Expressway entrance) Intregris Hospital is nearby so sometimes you hear an ambulance occasionally.

My family spent the weekend here so that we could go to the OKC Zoo. The room was spacious and the kitchen was helpful as we had a 2 year old. Though we all shared the one king size bed for our selected room, the bed was very comfortable. We also spent time enjoying the the amenities such as the pool. Id say over-all, the stay was pleasant and I would stay again.

Great first impression. Looked nice from outside. Lady at check in was great-very friendly and upbeat. Got key and as always I check room before unloading. Elevator was dirty and hallway to room needed swept bad. My thoughts were not good after seeing this. However room was very clean. Bed and pillows were OK but have had more comfortable many other places. Breakfast started T 7 and we ate about 7:40. Food was cold and I mean cold. Not even warm. Milk was in a pitcher and wasn’t cold. Also when pouring, the lid came off. No employees around to see how everything was. If not for front desk lady I would give this a poor rating. She was only reason I gave an OK rating.
