Basketball tournament getaway

We were in town again for a 3-day basketball tournament. We always stay at this hotel. It's clean, the front desk is super friendly, a good breakfast, and the lobby area is perfect to hang out as a team in the evenings to have dinner catered in or to just be together as parents & players. The suite is perfect for our family as it gives us lots of room to move around. The only thing I would suggest is that the showers are probably ready to be updated. There are water stains in the tub and the fixtures are starting to get a little tired. I do think that the pool has been "out of order" for the last 2 years, so not sure what is going on there, but it didn't affect our stay. Other than that everything else has been really good at this hotel & Im sure our team will continue to stay here.

When we got to the room, everything seemed fine. When it came time for bed, we noticed that the drinking glasses were filthy, there was grabage inside the pull-out couch and there were some sort of stains (looked like blood) on the comforter in one of the beds. We also noticed the AC unit was also leaking making the carpet area around it soaking wet. I tried to call the front deak about the AC but no one answereed the phone so i went downstairs. Later in the night I notified the front desk staff about the rest of the issues and they gave me a cleaned comforter. Agent did offer to moved us but then said they didnt have any other suite available so we stayed in the room. I did tell them about all of this so we wouldn't be charged for any damages these issues might cause.

Clean and somewhat comfortable. Bed was a little hard. I did get a handicap room at first and it was very noisy outside the room that I asked to be moved. The room was next to the kitchen, mechanical room and across from the workout room, maintenance room and next to a street. Very very noisy. Was then moved to another room, but had to pay an extra $30. Wasn't happy with that. Staff was very nice though.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with a king and sofa bed. Was told there were no rooms available with 2 queens so we were moved to the suite with a sofa bed. Could have called told me that the rooms was not available. Instead, moved us to a room with an uncomfortable sofa bed and I had no other options but to accept it or pay for 2 rooms. Very disappointed, staff only worried about maintaining the booking.

Staff was nice and helpful. Liked the door used for both the bathroom and closet. Wall paper coming of off front entry way. To much air freshener used in the room and elevators. Surprised at the price for pet. Overall though stay was good and I would recommend the Hotel to others.
