The motor inn is located in a very convenient, quiet, residential area in Albury. Off road parking provided. The room & bathroom were basic motel style but all was very clean. We only stayed one night and everything was fine, plenty of options for eating nearby. We were happy and would stay again. For a longer stay we would like to see an update to the decor and mattress. The room was spotless staff very friendly and we needed both these to make our overnight stay in Albury pleasant. Drs appointments and hospital x-rays over two days it was better to stay over night in The Seaton Arms Hotel than driving home and coming back the next day. Affordable close to diner venues and very clean what more could we ask for. We are very blessed.

This was a nice motel type room. Parking was nearby. We had requested a lower floor room. We could hear the people upstairs, but the moving didn’t last too late. The motel is conveniently located, near a good breakfast cafe and all of the amenities of central Albury. All in all this was a nice place to stay while we were in transit through Albury.
