Cleaners need to be a bit more detailed - the headboards had a thick layer of dust on them (I'm allergic so it matters to me), the glass doors covered in fingerprints, massive stains on the carpet, shower leaked from the bathroom to the front door. Oh and we had a noise complaint at 4:15pm for 2 of us talking in our room with the doors and windows closed... LOL. Apart from these issues, the rooms purpose was so we didn't have to pay for Ubers, and have a big night out to see an awesome band, and it did the job. Beds are comfy and the water is hot.

The room was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. All of them should be like this. It had an actual kitchen sink, microwave, toaster and kettle. Aside from a noisy box aircon instead of a split system - there were no complaints. Only change could be 1 USB-A and 1 USB-C in each of the power points rather than both USB-A only.

The room was nice and big and the staff were great. However the cleaning was bad. Lipstick on cups, old hair and dust in the bathroom and the balcony was unusable due to the dirty condition of the deck, chairs and table. I stayed 4 nights and had to get my own clean towels and there was no rubbish removal from the room in all that time. Also the parking underneath was full of non resident cars. Most disappointing especially when out of 10 units only 2 cars were needed and there was no space on 1 day. Overall I would stay again if required for family but would expect that the cleaning was considerably better.

Location: Wallaby Hotel Feedback: Great location, but needs a really good clean. The Balcony in room1 is unusable. Covered in leaves, branches and spider webs. The staff were advised but it was not cleaned. The bathroom floor was really dirty. Old hair and dust in the corners. The dishes were dirty with lipstick on several cups. There is undercover parking and there were only 2 cars in 10 units, but the reserved for motel residents parks were full everyday we stayed abd we struggled to get a park on several afternoons. The parking area was not policed. We did spend time in the restaurant and the staff were really friendly and were helpful but no issues we mentioned were taken care of. If it was just one issue I would of passed it off, but too many cleaning issues need mentioning, especially the rubbish collection which was non existant in the units. We stayed 4 nights.

The accomodation was clean and set apart from the pub area so it was quiet. It was a good stay. I would definitely visit again. Pretty easy to check-in, although a bit hard to figure out where to go initially.
