Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Our kids had an amazing stay. The personal touches and kid friendly amenities made them very happy. Conveniently located close to universal, water park and sea world. We got given free tickets to the Adventure Cove Waterpark which the kids loved. Will definitely be staying again!

Loved this location with short walk to everything - so easy to get around. The staff were all fantastic but a special mention to Josh who made the birthday stay very special with room decorations, chocolates, birthday cake and entry tickets to water park for everyone. The breakfast was delicious with so many options. The family loved the pool area after hot days exploring. Would recommend to anyone and hope to return again one day.

Very close to universal studio, unfortunately, since Jun 1, 2024, universal studio no longer allow re-entry for the same day, otherwise, it will be a great plus for this hotel. Breakfast is good.

Resorts world was absolutely amazing on sentosa island. prime location close to universal studios and the other theme events. very close to other great attractions on the island and all within walking distance such as cable cars, sensory escape, wings of time, affordable restaurants on the beach at siloso so convenient having the drinks refill stations on each level with an accompanying ice maker

Poor service

There was no hot water in the room. After asking front desk to deal with this, we didn’t get a reply and the water remains cold during our 4 nights stay in the hotel. We saw a technician on the second day in the corridor, so we asked the technician to fix it, and after looking at the shower for a while, the technician said it was fixed and left. We wanted to checked it first, but the technician just said it was ok and left. In the end, it was not fixed and we were forced to take cold bath with our kids for 4 nights. Honestly expected hot water is a necessity and it’s ridiculous that there is no hot water with the prices you are charging. Certainly didn’t expect no answers and no fixing the problem after we reported the issue for 3 days. Very disappointed with this overall.

Not enough bed unfortunately

I booked a room for 4 people (2 kids and 2 adults) but upon checking in we were provided with a single King size bed. During the booking process I assumed the king bed would be the main bed and kids would have some type of day bed brought in. I was told you had to pay to have beds wheeled in and also we could only have 1 as the room we booked was not big enough. So my 2 kids (aged 12 and 8) have been sharing a single bed for 3 nights. I’m shocked this is ok at a 5 star hotel. It certainly would not be ok anywhere else in the world. If I book a room for 4 people I expect 4 beds. It is clear from reading the other reviews this is not the first time this has happened. The hotel needs to address this as a priority! It is certainly unacceptable to book a room for 4 people and be provided with beds for 2. Other than this at check in, I cannot fault the hotel. It was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. Location was brilliant and we did enjoy our stay except for the bed situation which was very cumbersome. I would not book to stay here again and would advise anyone booking this place to check with the hotel if they will get the number of beds they need for the number of people they have in their booking.
