The towel rack in the bathrooms are too high for short people. The walls are very thin so got woken at 6 am each morning by noisy neighbours. Thehotel and restaurant are perfect other than that.

There was nothing terribly wrong just not special.
The waitress for breakfast one morning was the best staff member.

This is my second stay at this property. The first I was upgraded to an amazing executive suite, very spacious and comfortable. My second was a last minute booking and I was in a budget room. Still comfortable but a little less luxurious. A lovely Hotel around the corner from Main Street. My preferred accomodation in Wagga Wagga.

Good Hotel ut not excellent
This was our second stay at the Townhouse Hotel, having stayed here one year ago. We booked exactly the same standard of room.
The room we were given had a below standard air-con. It did not cool the room in a humid 30 degrees.
Staff were generally very friendly, especially the breakfast young lady. Breakfast is stunning.
Unfortunately it was not possible to have an evening meal as they had no seat for us. They also do not have enough car parks on their property.
Nevertheless, a good hotel generally. The air-con is an issue though!

Excellent service & will stay again if in the area
Motel is very central without the need to use the car on most outings
SReception staff were friendly & courteous & all the staff in the restaurant were very good as well
We had breakfast on both days & dinner 1 night & the food was excellent
