2/10 Poor

Great for an emergency one night accommodation if passing through Adelaide. Do not expect much from the property apart from a bed! It's an $80 motel, and that's what you get!

8/10 Very good

good value for price

Good value for the price. Helpful staff -Jason As good as you get for 100 per night.
GERARD, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

I understand that the building is undergoing renovations, but the lifts may or may nto work at any particular time; the door knob came off in my hand when trying to get out of the room; no shower curtain; iron, but no ironing board; very noisy; and has a real pay by the hour vibe to it. I feels like I got ripped off with the price I paid. They should not charge more that $90 a night for this place. One star.

Location was good

2/10 Poor

This hotel was awful. The rooms were filthy, bathrooms were dirty and there was rubbish left from previous occupants. The doonas were stained. The room smelt like smoke. The windows were so dirty you couldn’t even see through them. There was a lot of loud yelling at night. The door didn’t even have a proper safe lock on it and was only held
Eden, 1-night trip

My room was above Hindley Street, so it was noisy at night.

Pictures look nothing like the actual property. Needs some money spent on it.
Daniel, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

Property not the cleanest in the rooms. Good location. Very noisy of a night with people and early morning with street cleaners.
Matt, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very good value accomodation only 250 m from Adelaide Convention Centre. Room was spacious and clean, everything worked, suited me fine. Front entrance and reception area let the impression down.
Anthony, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The Cosmo on Bank lives up to its reputation, the location is second to none. We stayed for a cricket trip and I would recommend this place to any group who wants a cheap place to rest their head for 3 hours a day. The room we had was actually clean compared to some Google reviews. Our room had no toilet paper but with one simple request to the helpful man at the front desk there was 2 rolls waiting for us when we got back from a night out
Domenic, 4-night trip

6/10 Good

the bed was nice and comfortable even if it was two singles pushed together. other than that the walls had holes in them, pain was peeling, overall cleanliness was not there for the price it costs a night they could afford to repair the building
JUSTIN, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Would not recommend this property to anyone
Jarred, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Noise from outside was terrible. Lights didnt work in bedroom and no blinds in sitting area. Sheets were clean and shower wasnt too bad.
Becky, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Pictures did not match the real horror of the property.
Anissa, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The receptionist was terribly rude and mean. His name was Jason
Natalie, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

My tv had no reception, so they swapped my room over to a room that had a tv that worked, which was really pleasing.
orson, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Walked in to check in front reception windows broken, staff looked terrible. Property was disgusting. Went to my room and there was no way i was sleeping in that bed. I ended up walking with my bags and booking into another hotel. That place is an absolute dive do not stay
Renee, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Do not stay here if you expect to sleep well. Dirty windows face directly onto the busiest street in town with absolutely zero sound reduction. Horrible dated rooms, blinds tattered/broken/falling apart. Great location with nice staff, but as a hotel this is two huge thumbs down and you can do much better for a similar price nearby.

6/10 Good

Accommodation dated, room smelt like urine. No microwave/cutlery or utensils. Paint peeling in bathroom and bathroom door had patches all over it.

Bad bad bad

Dirty, lift didn’t work, not clean
Michael, 5-night trip

4/10 Fair

I was shocked. Look really different on pictures. I was really tired and arrived midnight. Really dirty like someone already used this room. No shower water pressure just disappointed.
Shiho, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

I didn't really enjoy my stay here due to the all-night noise coming from the street below. I was on the fourth floor but could hear people on the street below screaming all through the night. It made it difficult to sleep and relax. Also the facilities in the room were very outdated and in need of repair - power sockets hanging out of walls and stickey tape covering cracks in the windows for example. Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were nice to deal with but the hotel itself was very poor.
Heath, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The picture is certainly not what it seems, the rooms are very outdated but clean and the beds are comfortable. It is in the center of town but not much can be seen through the very dirty windows. the air-conditioner worked fine but I like to open a window once in a while. there was nowhere to hang any of my cloths ( no hooks on the wall, no wardrobe or even a coat hanger), no lounge (like the pic) but a desk and one chair. biggest problem is the night club underneath after 4 hours of the same beat coming through the floor it got a bit excausting
Michaela, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

The broken window of the vacant reception and the reek of vomit in the lift should be a warning to back away. Ceiling tiles broken, flickering fluro tubes, a smashed ironing board, leaking toilet that refilled every 20min, paper thin curtains that cover some of these window and peeling paint on the rest, patrons off their heads on drugs raiding the vending machine downstairs - the list goes on. And just so noisy from inside and out. The cleaners had made an effort to do the traditional fold the triangle on the toilet paper for the five squares left on the roll... But on the plus side the linen was clean and the bed was comfortable enough.
