The hotel appeared quite new and our basic room was really big BUT there were so many problems. They charged us $10 for parking even though the hotels app said it was included. The eqipment in the gym was broken and no one cared, the hot tub was broken and they didn't have any coffee for breakfast. They staff were never apologetic about any of this so I assume they have been dealing with people's questions for so long they just don't bother anymore.
