Ubicación excelente, cuenta con servicio a la habitación y restaurante desde las 7 a la 1/2 noche. En cuanto a la atención deberían dar más información sobre los servicio que ofrecen ya que sobre la marcha de nuestra estancia nos fuimos enterando.

Yo había leído malas reseñas del Hotel Trueba, sin embargo a mi me gusto. Me pareció limpio, céntrico. Mi único problema fue el estacionamiento, creo que si es obligación del hotel tener estacionamiento para sus huéspedes. Y la comida está buena, pero nada extraordinario. Las ventanas que dan a la calle deberían estar más blindadas de ruidos.

No tenían la información d mi reservación, las recepcionistas nada educadas ni amables, el baño d la habitación se inunda x el uso d la regadera, s reporta y no hacen nada! El estacionamiento lo cierran y no hay nadie q abra, tienes q bajarte del vehículo e ir a la recepción a pedir q abran el portón exponiéndose a situaciones peligrosas ya q la calle está sin vigilancia ni el hotel la proporciona. Era un buen hotel c excelente servicio ahora es un asco!!!!!

Un buen lugar para quedarse unos dias. El estacionamiento para autos es muy pequeño y si llegas tarde, debes dejar tu auto en donde se pueda. Eso no es lo malo, lo malo es que no tienen quien reciba las llaves y te molestan en la mañana para mover tu auto. De ahi en fuera todo bien. Un hotel de 3 bs

Mi sugerencia como de otros husespedes , comentamos que el personal del Hotel no intervino con un grupo de personas que se hospedo el sabado 16 por la noche, un equipo deportivo de fuera, el escandalo a altas horas de la noche abrir y azotar puertas etc, ojala lo puedan controlar para que pueda ser recomendable. Gracias.

Mala experiencia Hotel Trueba

La habitación no era lo que esperaba para el precio, el hotel por fuera se ve muy bien pero la habitación que me asignaron se veía muy vacía y con la cama y colchón viejos, eso si todo limpio. Pero para la habitación que me dieron sólo hubiera pagado 600 por noche.
