The room was dirty I won't even talk about the floor the staff was nice the water wasn't very hot and barely any water pressure the pool and hot tub area was a nightmare was packed and way to loud couldn't even relax and I was so looking forward to the hot tub that's why I chose this place to stay I've stayed once before they were gonna leave the pool open an hour longer so they said since we had a late evening check in from traveling for a family funeral no breaks/ discount for that after a long work shift I paid a pretty penny wasn't even in the room a total of 10 hours the upstairs was loud banging thumping on the floor didn't get much sleep because it echoed we left earlier than check out time cause I just had enough
