We did the check-in process, which was easy however, by time we made it to the room we were not even in the ring for five minutes before going back downstairs to check out due to the room condition. The front desk lady was so accommodating, trying her very best to handle our situation and was working with us since we did book. The third-party got on the phone and had to play a little bit of phone tag between the site looking through and the hotel directly.

Hotel was Filthy, absolutely filthy. There was a dirty towel hanging on our bathroom door from a previous guest. Mold on the ceiling and baseboard. poorly maintained rooms. I refused to shower there because i would probably be dirtier after the shower. The best thing about that hotel was the exit. Dont take my word, check it out! It is a dive!
